The development of SOLCO is based on effective and permanent communication between partners and all various categories of market actors and stakeholders represented within four Local Action Committees (LAC) created at the beginning of the project in each insular partner area.
The members of the LAC are all insular key actors such as: local associations of designers, local installers' representatives, public bodies and other potential users and also producers if they are present locally. Each key actor supports the whole project development through his participation in the LAC meetings.
